It has been created to bundle all the equipment you would typically need to address an audience. It has two large speakers ensuring enough volume for everyone in the room. There is a professional, yet easy to use audio mixer. This will allow additional inputs to be used such as a music source. There are two microphones included in the presentation package. One is a podium mic designed for clarity of the speakers voice while reducing surrounding noise. The other is a wireless mic which can be useful for handing around during Q&A sessions.

There is a podium so the speaker can stand with notes or a laptop in front of them. This combined with the podium mic allows for freedom to use your hands while presenting. To ensure the presenter is easy to see, there is also a follow spot which will light up the presenter and not throw light spill everywhere else. This is particularly useful to ensure the audience can see the presenter but the projector screens do not get washed with light.

As this is such a comprehensive presentation package, it also includes a set of four colour adjustable up-lighters to enhance the look, feel and atmosphere of the presentation area. It will certainty help give that polished look and feel to the overall professionalism of your event.
